In Jenza aranda's uncut footage I saw her go over this tool in the equipment section. from the description it seems that it sacrifices range and the number of people it can heal in favor of an uber high hp/s rate.
If any one can guess within 3 hp of the rate I'll give them a like and and ill give the first person to get it right three likes form my alts. As I don't know the answer myself this will happen after we know for sure. In the mean time lets have some fun with this.
my guess is 52 HP/s |

True, but it's getting to the point of do you have enough rounds in your mag and can enough of them land a hit before you need to reload? |

True, but it's getting to the point of do you have enough rounds in your mag and can enough of them land a hit before you need to reload? 3.5 reload time not including skills. I think you can drop it to like 1.2 seconds. I don't see the problem ;)
I checked your numbers and the fastest reload time is a hair under 2 seconds (3 seconds - 35% RR prof lvl 5) this is a game of numbers so every second counts. all I can tell you is good luck. |

Na, as a logi i try to avoid repairng during a fire fight since two guns are more effective than one gun and a rep tool 9 times out of 10. the real benefit of this tool is the less time I spend reping the more time i can spend killing.

A repair took is a equipment item. There for it is a bonus to armor repair modules on your suit low slots. Not your repair tool.
